Bright London Care

Our services

Whatever the day asks, we’re there.

Every care plan starts with a conversation, not a checklist. These are the ways we most often help — mixed and matched around each person, anywhere in London.

Questions every family asks

How much does home care cost?

It depends entirely on the visits you need — from one hour a week to several visits a day. After a free home assessment we give you a clear written quote with no hidden fees, and we review it with you whenever needs change.

Can I get help paying for care?

Possibly. Your local council can carry out a free care needs assessment, and depending on your finances may fund some or all of your care — sometimes as direct payments you can spend with an agency like us. NHS Continuing Healthcare covers some people with complex health needs. We're happy to point you in the right direction.

How quickly can care start?

Usually within days of your first call: we visit, assess together, write the care plan and introduce your carer. Hospital discharges and urgent situations can often move faster — tell us what's happening and we'll do our best.

Are your carers checked and trained?

Every carer has an enhanced DBS check, two verified references and right-to-work checks before their first visit, plus mandatory training in manual handling, infection control, first aid and more — refreshed every year.

What if my carer is ill or on holiday?

You'll never simply be left without a visit. Cover comes from within your small care team wherever possible, so it's still a familiar face, and the office confirms any changes with you in advance.

Can care change as needs change?

Yes — care plans are reviewed regularly, and stepping visits up or down is straightforward. Many families start with a little help and adjust over time.

Not sure what you need?

That’s completely normal — most families aren’t. Call us and we’ll figure it out together, no obligation.
