Common questions
Are your carers trained to use hoists and equipment?
Yes — moving and handling training, including hoists, transfer aids and bath chairs, is mandatory for every carer and refreshed regularly. We'll also work with your existing equipment and occupational therapist recommendations.
Can you support someone recovering after surgery?
Yes — we provide pre- and post-operative support at home: personal care, medication prompts, meals and mobility help while you get back on your feet.
Do you work alongside physiotherapists and OTs?
All the time. We follow therapy plans between sessions and share observations with the professionals involved in your care, with your consent.
Where we provide physical disability support
