Dementia care

Living with dementia is easier in surroundings that hold a lifetime of memories. Our carers are trained to support people with dementia calmly and consistently — same faces, same routines, unhurried visits — so the person always feels safe and known.

Common questions

Can you care for someone with advanced dementia at home?

In many cases, yes. Our carers are trained in dementia support and we build care plans around routine and familiarity, which often matters most in later stages. During your assessment we'll be honest about what level of support is safe at home and how we'd deliver it.

Will my relative see the same carer each visit?

We keep care teams deliberately small — usually two or three carers per client — so faces stay familiar. Consistency reduces anxiety and confusion, and it's one of the things families tell us makes the biggest difference.

How do you keep family informed?

With your permission, we keep notes at every visit and update the people you choose — by phone or message — so you always know how mum or dad is doing, wherever you live.
