How do you protect dignity during personal care?
Care happens behind closed doors, at the person's pace, in the way they prefer. We match carers thoughtfully — including requests for a carer of a particular gender where possible — and nothing is rushed.
Can visits fit around our existing routine?
Yes. Care plans are built around your routines — morning showers, evening washes, whatever the day already looks like. We adapt the rota to your life, not the other way round.
Do you help with continence and catheter care?
Yes — our carers are trained in continence support, catheter and drainage bag care, and stoma care, delivered sensitively and hygienically.
