About the role
Bright London Care Limited is recruiting compassionate, reliable and committed Support Workers and Care Assistants to join our growing supported-living team across the London Borough of Hackney.
Work may be available in the following areas:
E2: Haggerston, Cambridge Heath and the Shoreditch fringe
E5: Upper Clapton, Lower Clapton and Lea Bridge
E8: Hackney Central, Dalston, London Fields and Haggerston
E9: Homerton, Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes
E10: Lea Bridge and the Hackney Marshes boundary area
N1: De Beauvoir and Hoxton
N4: Manor House and Woodberry Down
N16: Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill

Your responsibilities
You will support people living in supported accommodation to remain safe, independent and involved in their local community.
Your duties may include:
Supporting people with their daily routines
Providing respectful personal care when required
Supporting appointments and community activities
Encouraging independence and personal choice
Following individual care and support plans
Maintaining accurate records
Reporting concerns to senior members of staff
Working professionally with colleagues, families and other professionals

Willing to work flexible shifts where required
Previous care or support-work experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided to successful applicants who have no previous experience.
